ELORANX – SHIPPING POLICY
At ELORANX, we aim to provide a simple, transparent and convenient shipping experience for our customers.
1. Shipping / Courier Charges
ELORANX applies shipping charges based on the applicable delivery location, state or shipping zone.
The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at the Checkout Page before the order is confirmed.
Where a flat shipping rate applies, the applicable shipping charge may generally remain the same whether the customer orders one piece or multiple pieces, unless ELORANX changes the applicable shipping rate or shipping policy.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the customer's delivery location, state or shipping zone.
2. COD Availability
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on eligible products and orders.
Certain promotional, discounted, low-margin or specially selected products may not be eligible for COD and may require Prepaid Payment Only.
COD availability will be indicated on the respective product page and/or at Checkout before the order is confirmed.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
For eligible COD orders, processing will begin only after the required COD Advance Token payment has been successfully received.
Dispatch time may vary depending on product availability, order volume and operational requirements.
4. COD Advance Token Policy & Confirmation
For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ELORANX requires a mandatory advance token payment to confirm and process the order.
After placing a COD order, a payment link will be sent to the customer's WhatsApp. The COD order will be processed and dispatched only after the applicable advance token payment is successfully received.
Bill Adjustment: The COD Advance Token amount paid by the customer will be fully deducted from the final delivery bill. The customer will only need to pay the remaining balance amount to the courier delivery partner at the time of delivery.
4.1 COD Advance Token Refund & Cancellation
Same-Day Cancellation Request: Customers who wish to cancel a COD order and request a refund of the COD Advance Token must contact ELORANX and submit a cancellation request on the same calendar day on which the COD Advance Token is successfully paid.
Cancellation & Dispatch Status: Upon receiving the cancellation request, ELORANX will check the current order and dispatch status. If the order has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the courier/shipping service, the COD Advance Token may be eligible for refund.
Refund Confirmation: ELORANX will inform the customer whether the COD Advance Token is refundable based on the order's dispatch status at the time the cancellation request is reviewed.
After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched from the ELORANX warehouse or handed over to the courier/shipping service when the cancellation request is reviewed, the COD Advance Token will be non-refundable, as shipping, courier, handling and other order processing costs may already have been incurred.
Refund Processing: Where a refund is approved, the COD Advance Token will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days, after deduction of any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges incurred during the online payment.
5. COD Charges
A separate COD charge may apply to certain eligible products or orders, as applicable.
Where a COD charge applies, the applicable amount will be clearly displayed at Checkout before the order is confirmed.
COD charges, where applicable, are separate from the COD Advance Token amount.
6. Special Offers & Low-Margin Products
Certain promotional, discounted, low-margin or specially selected products may be available on Prepaid Payment Only and may not be eligible for COD.
Where COD is available on such products, the applicable COD conditions and charges will be displayed before order confirmation.
7. Delivery
Orders will be shipped through the applicable courier or shipping service selected by ELORANX.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and other circumstances.
ELORANX does not guarantee a fixed delivery timeframe unless specifically stated at Checkout or on the respective product page.
8. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and PIN code while placing an order.
If an order is returned by the courier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, customer unavailability or another customer-related delivery issue, any applicable additional shipping, return or re-shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
9. Courier Delays
Courier delivery may sometimes be delayed due to weather, transportation issues, holidays, remote locations, courier operations or other circumstances beyond ELORANX's reasonable control.
10. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange availability may vary by product.
Products eligible for exchange will be clearly indicated on the respective product page, such as “7 Days Easy Exchange.”
Products without exchange eligibility will not be covered under the applicable exchange option.
All exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the ELORANX Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
11. Return / Exchange / Reverse Shipping Charges
Any Return, Exchange, Reverse Courier or related shipping charges will be handled according to the ELORANX Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applicable to the order.
Shipping Charges Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, subject to the applicable ELORANX Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable law.
12. Checkout Information
Before placing an order, customers should carefully review the following information displayed at Checkout:

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges the applicable charges and payment conditions displayed at Checkout.
13. Changes to Shipping Policy
ELORANX may change its shipping charges, shipping zones, COD availability, COD conditions, exchange eligibility or other shipping terms from time to time.
Any updated charges or conditions will apply to future orders and will be displayed to customers before order confirmation, wherever applicable.
