1. Overview
This website is operated by Eloranx. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Eloranx. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eloranx and Other Brands
Eloranx may offer products under the Eloranx brand as well as products from authorized partner, associated or third-party brands (“Brand Products”).
Brand Products may be subject to existing distribution arrangements, territory restrictions and other applicable business agreements.
3. Territory & Distribution Restrictions
Certain Brand Products may not be available for direct delivery through Eloranx to every city, territory or PIN code.
Where a brand has an existing authorized, appointed or exclusive distributor or distribution arrangement for a particular city, territory or PIN code, Eloranx may not fulfill direct online orders for that brand to the restricted location.
This territorial restriction may apply to Eloranx products as well as products of any other brand offered through our website.
Where no applicable territorial restriction exists, the relevant Brand Product may be fulfilled through Eloranx, subject to product availability and other applicable conditions.
4. Order Verification
For certain Brand Products, the delivery address and PIN code may be verified before order fulfillment to determine whether any applicable territorial distribution restriction exists.
If a product is restricted for the customer's delivery location, the affected product may be cancelled and will not be dispatched through Eloranx to that location.
5. Cancellation, Refund & Alternative Products
If an order or product is cancelled solely because of an applicable territorial distribution restriction, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled product/order, as applicable, to the original payment method.
Where appropriate, Eloranx may offer an alternative product. Any alternative product will be supplied only with the customer's consent.
For orders containing multiple products, a territorial restriction affecting one Brand Product does not necessarily affect other products in the same order that are not subject to that restriction.
6. Pricing & Product Availability
Product prices, availability, specifications and images may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to discontinue products when necessary.
7. Order Acceptance
We may decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, delivery limitations, territorial distribution restrictions, suspected fraud, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our applicable refund terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Customer Accounts
Customers may access and use a customer account on ELORANX to view and manage their orders, profile information and saved addresses, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping their account access and verification information secure.
ELORANX is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the customer's failure to protect their email account, verification codes or other account access information.
Customer accounts are provided for the customer's personal or authorized business use and must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities.
ELORANX may restrict or take appropriate action regarding account access where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
